Toxic Chemicals Proof Your Home
As survivalists we all tend to accumulate many miscellaneous supplies which include a wide range of chemicals. Maybe someone is bringing together some for the moment when the balloon goes up and some "MacGyver" type of actions are appropriate. You will be surprised what a little courtyard type chemistry could accomplish.
Taking a quick look to your arsenal of chemicals, which reveal a variety of toxic poisons that may have hidden in his home and never realized that? I noticed several cans of oil-based paint used to never be able to use. I think it's time to rid my home of many of these poisons of the United Nations is needed.
Of great concern to many are the toxic effects of these toxic chemicals have rouge to family members and pets in homes. After realizing the dangers that was hanging all these unnecessary products collected from the four corners of my house and garage to be transported to a local drop off hazardous waste facilities. Although not looked at the large number of other related products and came with a short condensed list as follows.
High on the list were several construction materials such as paints, varnishes, thinners and solvents, wood preservatives, rust removers and various toxic compounds sealant entry.
Next we come to a broader collection of chemicals related to automotive products. This list includes gasoline, brake fluid, transmission oil, kerosene, power steering fluid, charcoal lighter, used motor oil and filters and used antifreeze.
The items on the home of several types of hazardous household cleaners and stain compounds, carpet cleaner, metal cleaner, aerosol oven cleaners, toilet and drain cleaners.
Pesticides tend to present significant risk and that eating foods that protects them. These elements belonging to this group are murderers of insects, flea products, weed killers, moth balls and crystals and various fertilizers containing herbicides.
Finally we have listed a selection of miscellaneous items such as supplies photographic chemicals, acids and corrosive of many kinds, chemicals for swimming pools, mercury thermometers and compact fluorescent lamps style.
Granted many of these items that can not completely eliminate but in many cases could easily switch from one kind safer and more environmentally friendly composition. I hope my actions today cleaning the house I have made my house a little safer and better place to live
